They don’t want to close account after I Fully paid.

These people sent me a settlement letter for account ***5 I made payment and sent proof of payments but they don’t want to close the account and send me a paid up letter. Instead they’re saying I have another amount I owe but I paid every cent that was quoted for me for this account. Please don’t pay them they are not honest! They will not close the account even after you have paid.
