They don’t keep their promises at all.

I have been waiting for a paid up letter since August 2021, when I contact them they tell me that they are waiting for it too. How the hell can they be waiting 7 months for something they promised me in 21 days. My credit score has taken a huge hit and it’s obvious that this company shows no interest in the economy or well being of people in this country because if they did they would have considered the impact their lack of transparency and efficiency has on the financial well being of people especially post pandemic. This has to be the worse business I have ever had to contact to date. I paid my money , I am tired of excuses , it is not my duty to run after my letter , I do not want to take legal action because that is exhausting but I am reaching my limits now.
