The worst company ever!!!

I am extremely not happy with SSDA service. In May I received an sms from MTN that in have to pay an outstanding amount of R 2250 to SSDA, they handed my account to them as I couldn't pay for 5 months. I paid 50% at MTN branch as I didn't receive account details yet from SSDA. On the 28th of July I got a call from Benny Mosiyoa claiming that he's the one handling my MTN account I have to pay the remaining amount of R 1254 to SSDA, he sent me account details and I did pay. He told me the account will be closed as now I am done paying my MTN account. Since that day he was no where to be found. I kept on getting emails from MTN that I have to pay the amount I paid to SSDA. MTN keeps on sending me the emails to date, I contacted MTN they told me SSDA didn't pay the money, it's not reflecting on their side and they never handed my account to SSDA. When I contact SSDA they keep on telling me I should wait for 21 days they will sort it out, they never did. Now I paid extra R792 to MTN as they told me my account is still active and there is no way I can close it before I pay the money I paid to SSDA, even tomorrow I am going to pay R396 to MTN again because my account is still active. I contacted SSDA again 2 weeks back I got assisted by Portia Mamogale, a very rude woman who said the fact that I paid to them it doesn't mean I don't owe MTN anymore, meaning it's not SSDA's responsibility that MTN keeps on charging me while my money is with them. I am so fed-up with SSDA, what I want from it is the money I paid to them in July so that I can pay it to MTN myself as they are just ***********!!. They are not problem solvers they are problem creaters. I will pay MTN until I die!!!!, I regret to death to pay the remaining amount to SSDA, I should have checked the reviews first as people review this company very bad. I want my money back please, I just wasted my time and money by paying to SSDA!!..
