THE WORST COMPANY EEEEEVER!!

If I could rate this company 0, I would. Please refer to my previous review dated Jan 28, 2023.

I've been awaiting a paid up letter since September and I was informed that I should receive it in 6 weeks. It's been 7 MONTHS!!!

When you ask for an update, you receive a response a week later, just stating that they're still working on it. How can I trust that you're working on it when I hear nothing unless I ask??? Are you able to provide the letter? I'd rather post here since it's the only place I seem to get a response from lately.
