the poor service the Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates gave me

This company took over my foschini account, i paid up the account end of January and in which i was paying through DMC, to which DMC did update my ITC and also foschini did update my ITC. on the 2nd of February i call the SSDA to update on ITC since their company was still saying i owe on my credit report, even today they have not updated my ITC, everytime when i call they keeps saying they will get back to me. All i need is fo them to update my ITC
