The Debt Collection company that keeps increasing your debt *********ly.

Where to I even start, 🙆🏽 My word this company is very *********. I have an account of R8666 paid R500 on 4 July 2022. So after payment the account was now standing at R8166. Then this whole month of July they called 4 times to ask when I will make my next payment I mean the month has not even ended and their calls are charged at R40 per call. So now I called yesterday to ask what was my balance and the operator said R8326. With this attitude this company has one is never going to finish his debt they are ******** people with all these phone calls they make. I’d understand if they called after the 7th of the new month but no they call you on the month you made payment and each consultant asks the same question. When you tell them they hang up on you. When I ask them to see what I told the previous consultant they tell me they can not read what the previous consultant wrote on my profile. They are very ********* where can I report them? Is their a body that protects us consumers?
