Terrible Service by Shapiro Shaik Attorneys and the Foschini Group.

This company is collecting debt on behalf of the foschini group. I had an account with The Fix and I settled it in October last year. I email proof of payment but to date I haven't received a settlement letter. Their call center agents keep calling me saying I still owe the account. This whole experience is frustrating.
