TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Since August last year I have been trying to get SSDA to send me a breakdown of my account that is in arrears. <br> <br> Finally today, numerous phone calls and emails later, I finally spoke to someone with a brain who managed to email the account to me. <br> <br> BUT along with my account, is SSDA's statement of fees for R415.00 for all our correspondence since August, even though I still didn't know what I was paying for! The audacity of charging me that for not doing their job properly. <br> <br> I don't even know if anything will be done about this company. The complaints about them seem infinite!

Please be advised we are a registered as debt collector and therefore we are entitled to levy debt collections costs in terms of Annexure B of the Regulations to the Debt Collectors Act.
