Telephone Etiquette

Who ever called me from *** has got no telephone etiquette and does not know how to speak to a person. Kept on interrupting me and after I told her to shut-up she tells me that I dont her to shut-up after she keeps on interrupting me. Please dont call me if you tell me this is a personal matter with my husband and you dont want to explain to my why!
