Team leader Ntswaki Totsetsi needs to be trained for her position

I have never met a consultant agency full of unprofessional and clueless agents like this one in my whole entire life. On the 29th of March 2022 I paid up a Wonga account through a team leader called Ntswaki Totsetsi. She is the most useless team leader I have ever spoke to. She convinced me to pay up 2WO10789 account after I had explained to her that I do not owe wonga money and I don't understand why they have different accounts in my names. She promised that I was going to get the paid up letter within 21 working days. Which absolutely has passed. Now she blocked my emails. When I call her...immediately I tell her who she's speaking to she keeps quite and act as if she can't hear me. All I need is my paid up letter. My life is stuck right now because of your incompetency. Credit beaure has not received any updates for more than 30days right now which clearly shows how this agency neglects customers.
