Taking a chance

Had an account with Multichoice and stopped after July 2021.Today I receive an email stating that as I have used the services of Multichoice over the last couple of months, I owe then just over R170. Apparently I was not contactable by Multichoice so I was handed over! Very strange that after 3 years I now am harrased!
