Supervisor doesn't respond

I have been waiting for a week for the supervisor to contact me. I paid my account off according to the letter you sent me and according to the Jet statements, yet im being told theres a remaining balance. I've called and emailed with no response. The supervisor assured me he would contact me on monday after the cost adjustment to rectify the discrepancy in the amount, TODAY IS FRIDAY AND CHARGES ARE BEING ADDED ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER THE BALANCE WAS 0.
