Struggling to get my Paid-Up letter .

Good day

I have settled my account my MTN account with SSDA. I have requested each month a statement on what the balance is .In August I paid the last fund value due .I received feedback that I should wait 21 working days to receive my paid up letter . It's been 2 months .When I call they hang up the phone in my ear. When I send emails they do not respond. It's been 2 months .I need help.

When I WhatsApp'ed their Whatsapp Channel , they are claiming that I am owing another R1200 .

I have all my proof of payments .I need urgent assistance .
