Stop harassing me!!

<p>Dear Daniel Shapiro from Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please speak to all your staff to stop phoning me everyday with regards to my father's account. I am just my father's next of kin, I do not live with him nor is he ever around when your guys phone me. I have my own life and my own things that I need to deal with. </p> <p> </p> <p>EVERYDAY I GET A CALL FROM SSDA, I have been getting calls from Dec '16 - till date.</p> <p>I tell your staff to please remove my number as I do not speak to my father and I do not have a relationship with him. Please also stop smsing me the account info and payments that he needs to pay with regards to his account. According to my knowledge he has settled his account in full at MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been rude to your staff, I have been nice, I pleaded and now I AM DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spoken to numerous team leaders and manager's at SSDA to remove my number from your system. Please appoint new manager's that can actually keep a promise that was made to a client/ prospective client.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your staff also ask me everyday for my fathers number, I am sure your staff and company know about the POPI act??? Protection of Personal Information and therefore I am not allowed to give you his number without his knowledge and consent. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON THIS ACT!!!</p> <p>Yet, out of desperation to stop harassing me, I gave my father's number. But still, everyday they keep on phoning me and ask to speak to him and if they can have his number. Is there something wrong with your database? Also, it's regarding his MTN account, get the number from MTN if needed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am also a Director of a very successful company and I can assure you that I will never use SSDA to assist me with debt collections, as your company is *********** and unprofessional in the way that they handle clients based on my DAILY experience since DEC '16 - TILL DATE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just remove my number from your system and stop harrassing me everyday with regards to something that has nothing to do with me nor nothing that I can assist with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
