Still no proof of account.

I received a call from this company last year around July August saying I was handed over to them by Cell c. I asked the agents everytime they callcalled me to send me a proof of arrangement I also requested a statement aswell as a settlement letter... Each time having to waste my airtime calling in only for them to charge me for calling their offices. They keep saying that they have sent through what I have asked for but still nothing has come to me after giving them 3 different email addresses and still nothing... The that want to charge ridiculous fees in my account that I don't even know exist because they refuse to send me proof... I am so furious after making an immediate payment in told to wait 24 to 48 hours to get a recent balance.... What then is the point of an immediate payment?????

This firm is trash really... I pay every month more than what they have asked for me to pay so that I can finish my account with them yet they still treat you like trash... Yal are seriously *********** in dealing with clients... You are not client sentric what do ever... I'll be canned if this nonsense of yours doesn't appear settled by day and tomorrow then I'll sue you for causing me all this God damn distress for your incompetency ..!!!!!
