Still no paid up letter. Pathetic service! Just told to wait! Don't pay them a cent ever!

Still no paid up letter since I've been receiving emails now from some Chantel Rusty.

This was the last email as follows: Good Day,

We have sent the confirmation for your paid-up letter to client however we have not received any feedback as yet ,I have done another follow up regarding this matter and it has been advised that the paid-up letter will be issued by the latest on Tuesday.

It is Wednesday. Still no paid up letter Still no even ****en email or sms stating a delay! All we ever told to do is wait with no results! Don't pay a cent to these guys. My avon account was also handed over and even that I paid and guess what when I called Avon. THEY STATED THEY ONLY RECEIVED ONE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND YET I PAID SHAPIRO IN FULL. IVE NOW GOT AVON DEALING WITH THAT CAUSE WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU GET NO WHERE. TO THE PEOPLE OUTSOURCING TO SHAPIRO TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY. LOOK AT BETTER PLACES THIS PLACE IS *****ING YOULL MONEY AND MAKING IT LIKE WE NOT PAYING. YET WEVE PAID IN FULL!!!
