Still no paid up letter! Just told to wait! Don't pay these guys a cent! They don't give you nothing!

Wow it's the 4th today and since I've written this review and got this response "Good Day,

Trust this email finds you well.

We do apologize for the delay regarding your paid-up letter ,we have requested confirmation in order for us to forward you the paid-up letter but we have not received feedback as yet ,i have now escalated this matter and feedback will be provided as soon as received." Which I've been receiving already for over a month. Still no change! Where is my paid up letter?? I woaculd like my paid up letter! You'll have you'll money!! I will not be paying anything else on the mtn account until I receive my paid up letter. I feel that's only fair. These people are taking us for a ride. Things are already hard. We already struggling and we have made the means to get these accounts paid. But still all we get told is to wait! You never waited for my money. I paid you on time in order not to default. So it's only fair I get my letter!
