Still awaiting proof of settlement of debt
I owed money to discovery Health, but only discovered this when phoned by SSD. I had left discovery in May 2014. I settled my account ref *** on 14/4/2015. Despite emailing them I have had no acknowledgement of settlement of debt. In addition, I also requested that they confirm I was not black listed. No response.
