*****ing for the Vulnerable... LOOTING A POOR MAN'S MONEY

Looting us daylight, i called your agent the other day after receiving an sms that i had made an arrange to pay my account the next day which was a Saturday. In shock as i had never spoken to anyone, let alone make any arrangements becuase i do pay my account Monthly. I got another shock of my life today to learn that i was charged for that sms reminder of which i was told its system error from your side, and today i am told i am being charged everytime i call your call centre with my money.. Why i am being to call you guys and for your IT cliches.. Your looting the poor and have no shame in doing that..i am paying every single month but you keep adding ridiculous fees on my account.. I spoke to Miss Van Wyk, won't even give me a Manager's name.. LOOTING LOOTING LOOTING,
