They harassed me for three months while I was unemployed. Now that I am employed and have reached out to make payment arrangements, they have completely ignored me. This raises serious concerns about their professionalism and competence. It appears either they are unable to manage accounts properly or are intentionally delaying communication to increase fees. In either case, I do not believe companies should entrust them with debt collection. By contrast, Nimble handled my account professionally, and I successfully settled my debt with them.
