SSDA unhelpful and unfairly charging me interest
I received a settlement letter from Discovery confirming that my account has been settled in full. Since October 2019 I have been battling with getting my account updated with all the payments I have made relating to this account. After not getting any joy from numerous phone calls and emails I personally went to SSDA offices to get the matter resolved. To my dismay the original amount owing was restated without even taking into account payments I made relating to the account.
On 28 December I gave copies of proof of payments as well as the copy of the settlement letter. I was promised feedback within 3 days which did not materialize till today. SSDA is happy charging me interest for a debt I do not even owe, can someone please help me!!!!!

Kindly note that we have investigated the matter and it took longer then expected hence we could not get back to you on time . However please note that we have closed the account our side as we found it was settled .
