SSDA TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR SO CALLED ATTORNEYS

I have been requesting for feedback from 2 weeks ago with payment and no answer I emails upon emails that I write to a agent named Aubrey Khadi yet no reply I call thier call centre and no reply you send damn emails and no reply this is pathetic my account was with ITC A and then all of a sudden with this ssda and I've been paying yet they say I owe 4000 plus and have not updated any payments Im so sick of this everyday I must email and call and I get no reply this is ridiculous THEY DAMN KNOW HOW TO SEND YOU EMAILS AND CALLS WHEN YOU DON'T PAY AND WHEN YOU TRY AND PAY THEY OH THEY CANT LOCATE PAYMENT!! this is utter *******!!
