SSDA ******** ME AND REFUSES TO FUND ME!!

I am disheartened and disgusted at the treatment i am receiving from this company (Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates). I had an Old Mutual account that was assigned to them for me to pay. I have been paying since Jan 2020 and in June 2021 i got an offer that came with a discount if i settled my account in 3months (June - Aug), i took the offer and increased my instalments. The last month for this was August 2021. In September, this company again deducts an amount of R3000+ which they were not suppose to cause the account was paid up. Since the 23rd of September 2021, i have been trying to get my money back with no luck at all, every time i call, a response "your case has been escalated to finance" is all i get, 13days since i first phoned to alert them of the error made. Not only this, but also, OM confirmed that they have not received any payments from me since MARCH 2021. SSDA confirms they have not transferred all that i had paid to them for OM since then, I am beyond frustrated, i am livid as this leaves my name in the RED which is what i am trying to clean up....your urgent help would be highly appreciated....
