SSDA PAID UP LETTER

Hello. It is me again months later. After so many calls and emails trying to get my paid up letter still have'nt recieved it. Tried contacting MTN the response was i was suppose to have gotten the paid up letter as soon as i paid all the debt. This is really inconviniencing my life . Why cant you just give me the letter? Or a Zero balance letter. Or atleast update my Bureaus details as it still shows i am owing MTN R8000 but i have been paying. Why are you guys doing this ?
