SSDA not providing paid up letter

SSDA had been appointed as debt collector by Discovery Health to collect an outstanding amount from myself. I made a payment arrangement with them, and proceeded to make payments as agreed. The debt was paid off in totality by March this year. I came to realise, however, that the adverse listing was not removed on my credit record, as per the regulations of the Credit Information Amnesty act. I called in to the offices of SSDA on 31 October and requested a paid up letter in order to have the adverse listing removed, however, to date have not received same. I consequently also sent an email to their offices, which had not been answered.

Reviewer Update
Update: No reply as yet. Wow! If it wasn't for Aubrey Khadi at SSDA I would probably never get any help. I had to call their offices numerous times, as SSDA did not reply on my emails, calls or even this Hello Peter review, but to my relief I finally found Aubrey who assisted me with competence and professionalism. Thank goodness for the few people out there who still have some pride in their work. Pity that they have to be associated with companies like this one.
