SSDA- not a place I’d do business with.

I over paid an account I had at SSDA and then called to see what my balance was as them calling you to say you’re paid up is out of the question. Secondly, I submitted all required docs needed for my refund on July 30th already and haven’t been paid my refund yet. Annoying how they’re so quick to come at you for money but when roles are reversed it doesn’t matter.
