SSDA Failing to update my ITC

Good day

I am so disappointed with the service of SSDA. I paid up my account last month through DMC but SSDA is refusing to give a paid up letter on their letterhead since they are the ones who listed me on ITC but they still did not update my ITC, when you contact them they always tell me to wait for 40 days. I already have a paid up letter and have sent it to them several but do not know what is so difficult for them to send to Credit bureau.

They say always say it takes 14 to 21 day, sometime 14 to 40 days, i am just confused

SSDA may you please update my ITC
