SSDA *********** DEBT COLLECTOR 🤬

My MTN account was handed over to SSDA, I finished paying for this account in December 2025 and I received the statement of account from SSDA showing that I closed this account with them. To my surprise when I checked with MTN there’s still an outstanding amount of R2300 on their system. I was promised a paid up letter within 21 working days and it seems like SSDA isn’t interested in closing this account with MTN. This is affecting my credit profile but they don’t care now that they have received all the money owed to them, I see it is a pattern by SSDA to frustrate people by delaying payments and paid up letters. What a joke of a debt collector, they don’t know what they are doing there, supervisors or management is never available to speak to customers, MTN *** I WANT THIS RESOLVED NOW
