Ssda client angry

I am so ****ed at this poeple I have been paying and paying but the account still shows in red and it's effecting my credit profile there are no statements coming on a month basis nothing what type of attorneys are you actually cause I feel like this a ***** going on here all reviews are bad. I have even sent emails no response. I will dispute this payment with immediate effect
