SSDA AND CELL C ARE UP TO NO GOOD - LITERALLY NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS

It been 3 flippin' months and Cell C claims on their side my account is not settled, what the heck is wrong with you people. I really with next time all companies use NBA for collection because it didn't even take them a week to send me a paid up letter after my account was settled.. What SSDA and Cell C are doing is nonsense honestly. I need that paid up letter it been whooping 3 months man and this is still not sorted out. Busy telling me about logging queries.
