Last year after the Lockdown my Cell C account was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates for collection Because I had defaulted due to I couldn't pay my Cell C account due to I was not working during the lockdown.I called Cell C and they informed me that my account has been handed over to SSDA for collection.

I then called SSDA to make payment arrangements with Them to pay R300 every month from October 2020.I pushed paying where some months I paid double and more.Now according to my payment record the account is almost finished...they coming up with stories that they can't travel some of my payments made..I have sent them all the proof of payments as I was paying them using my capitec App.They refusing to give me my balance and statement.How long should I still continue paying those people...I'm really Tired
