SSDA A HUGE ****

???These people are making my life a living hell , they appear on my credit score , yet when I did the WhatsApp chat the consultant said I have no account with them so I tried the credit bureau lady said it's a fashion express acc so I told them that it's old they said they cannot help as SSDA is not under them I must contact SSDA to clear it it's almost 6months since I have been trying to clear this thing I've called , did the live chats ,sent emails but nothing instead the one lady that did get back to me after a month when I wrote back she never rep**** again????, so I tried other companies was told that my account was opened in 2016 and again in 2019 yet I have never even heard of this company now I just checked it said I opened this account on the 25th of May 2021, I have no idea how
