Where can one report this company. Why doesn't credit bureaus ban them because they're ********. They're lying on my credit report everytime I ask about why they put false information they go and change it to make it worse for my credit score to go down.

05 Jan 2022, 18:06I opened a Foschini account in 2008 and closed it instore between 2012 and 2014. To this day I am being frustrated by SSDA my account was handed over to them. The account which was paid off is now a playground for ssda to change details as they wish to suit them. They claim I paid the account in May 2021 which I didn't, they said the account was handed over on that month ,then later recorded on my report that it was handed over in 2019. Luckily Foschini promised to launch an investigation into the whole saga.
