SSAD is useless

I never see useless and lazy people like these ones. Last year February 2024 they sent me a statement saying I am done paying, balance was R0,I requested a paid up letter last year and I never received it.

This year January they sent me an email saying I have outstanding of R590. I paid that amount again because I want this thing to be done.

Guess what !today they send me an email saying they can’t give me a paid up letter because I am owning MTN. When I am calling MTN they saying I don’t own them anything. SSDA must give me a paid up letter.
