Sharks! Harassment and ********* behaviour

<p>Without prejudice.</p> <p>So, these guys will get a handover of say R500.00 and within 6 months they will turn it into R 1 500.00</p> <p>How do they do it? Let me give you some insight. They charge you in the range of R3.00 for every sms they send you. Weather you asked to be sms'd or not makes no apparent difference to them. For every other form of communication, they will charge you over R20.00. That is Fax, Email or phone call. Yes people. an email costs R20.00. Laughable.</p> <p>Now if you take some time to go through all the other complaints on and off HelloPeter you will notice a trend. Harassment! or is it a form of racketeering? They aren’t phoning, sms-ing and emailing you to annoy you, they are doing it to bump up the costs so they can make more money out of you. Textbook example of racketeering in my opinion.</p> <p>Ontop of that the collector that phones you has an attitude like none other. I asked to speak to the Practice Manager once and and the lady told me "I am the boss here" and no, she wasnt. They also tend to ask you in a very treatening manner things like "then why didnt you pay!" Absolutely disgusting behavour.</p> <p>I am standing up against them and saying NO! And if they continue... My good friends at the Law Society will get a call from me.</p>
