Shapiro taking advantage of people who are already in debt

Ive been handed over after being unemployed for 1 year by Cell C. Shapiro has been charging me a R441 monthly agent fee for consultation with a debtor, phone calls, electronic communications all of which has never been done! Imagine being charged for calling them!! I am livid. I am struggling enough as is and they are taking advantage of me!
