Shapiro Sheik De Fries & Associates denying my refund

My Virgin Active account was handed over and I agreed for SSDA to debit the amount until the account was paid up, I finished paying in 4 months but SSDA is still debuting my account although they tell me that the account is back with Virgin Active.

I called then and told them what happened and they asked me to get an affidavit as well as provide my ID and bak statement, I did all that and got an email by a lady called Zanele Gladness Nxumalo.

She told me that my request was being sent to the finance department and they would get back to me but it has been 2 weeks now and still no word.

I am very unsatisfied with the service and would like to get my money back
