Shapiro Shake defries and associates is a con company
This company is the worst.
They try and collect pre prescribed debt.
I done a Kudough report recent to have a look at my credit score and then saw this SSDA-CDS account t stating I'm owing an outstanding amount a account listed in 2019.
I have never opened a account with you. When I done some research I found out you are a debt collector I called your offices only be told that it is a pre prescribed debt. Now your company knows this by you are listing me on my credit profile how is this possible.
This is ***** as I have never had a account with you. I called truworths to find out what is going on with this account as it has been closed years ago. How do you then get the right to list me, not once have I recieved a call from your company I have never signed documents with your company.
I asked the agent to please send me the letter to state that this is prescribsided debt and inform the credit bureau. I get told yes we will send the letter but not remove the account.

05 Feb 2020, 14:35I want this removed as I have spoken to TFG and they have advised that this account is closed I have not acknowledge anything in 2018 when I called you it was stated the account is open July 2019 as shown on credit report too so where have I acknowledge in 2018 when you opened it and claimed over the phone it was handed over to you in July 2019?
your story does not add up, I want this removed from my name as it is a old and closed account of 8 years ago, where do you go and just open accounts and collect money!
I want a letter to state this had been removed or I will be informing the ombudsman as you are collecting the debt that does not belong to you.

I have contacted the credit ombuds for advice on this matter.
I spoke to a lady that had an attitude and told me this is pre subscribed and it's regarding my Foschini account I asked her how is it that it is on my credit report under YOUR COMPANIES NAME??? she could not answer me. To add this I don't know what your company has never spoken to anyone of you until today.
I was advised to request proof of this apparent arrangement made with you in 2018 as you have stated.
I would like the contract that I have signed with your company Shapirio Shaik to state I have debt with you or created within 2019 as it is made on my credit profile.
I would like an urgent response to this matter as I will be involving my attorney as well to this matter.
I have contacted the credit ombuds for advice on this matter.
