Shapiro Shaik Defries bad service refund me

I am so ****ed with the services at this company. I mistakenly paid them money now I need them to refund me they don't answer my emails. I was requested to do a letter and emails which I did it's been a month now and I haven't been paid. I really need them to pay me back this is so unacceptable.
