Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates worst experience dealing with them

My MTN account was handed to them I had sent them proof of Payment for over 2 months no joy they always say they waiting MTN. MTN is their customer they should be able to escalate . but they want the money they phone every day. and I have paid but they can t escalate and give me feedback.
