Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates - Unable to get a simple Paid-Up letter after payment.

I paid my ABSA / Virgin Money credit card after I received a 80% discount from SSD. Everything was paid as per the offer I received via email. I tried phoning and emailing SSD numerous times. They don't respond to emails or telephone calls. I just need a paid-up letter that state that this account has been settled in full. I still receive SMS message to say I should make a payment. SSD is the worst when it comes to issuing paid-up letters. I had another card that was handed over to Anders Inc. Anders Inc. took all my phone calls and answered all my emails. They also forwarded my paid-up letter within 2 days. I would suggest that all corporate companies rather make use of Anders Inc as they seem to believe in client service. SSD can't even take a phone call or answer a email, but they harass people with text messages that does not even contain correct information. Seem as if I would have to appoint a lawyer to get a paid-up letter from SSD.
