Having the worst experience with SSDA

Constantly getting messages to say we have an outstanding account Call them they say its a cell c account and we must follow up with cell c to see what it is for and if it is paid up we must send them the proof

Follow up with cell c, get a paid up letter form cell c that our account is all paid up

Send SSDA the paid up letter, follow up daily with them to see if they have received it, every time they say they referring it to some one, but we still getting the sms's to say that it is not paid

When will someone just clear our account and give us a straight answer, your call centre agents are rude and put the phone down when they don't like what they hearing

I have ticket number after ticket number after ticket number, i have an excuse every single time or a different reason every single time i call in

Someone needs to assist us with this matter soon, or we will take legal action
