Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates refuses to request paid up letter from Homchoice after settling account

This is in relation with me trying to get a paid up letter for ACCOUNT NUMBER :*** home choice account that I had paid for in full, I paid and sent a request for a paid up letter to josina risibe with the email *** I sent my proof of payment on 23/08/2022 and got a response after sending her 2 emails only on the 17 May 2023 reading "Dear Pretty buhle We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request, Your ticket number is *** Thank you for your patience." after receiving this email I have call every other day and still no response, josina risibe bluntly refuses to speak to me know when I call she also won't take my request for paid up letter seriously I am really upset and dissatisfied with this company
