Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates purchasing ********** accounts

according to my ITC profile i have an outstanding account with these people,made contact with the attorney on more than one occasion to confirm who this account was taken out by,requested copy of a contract etc,this was months back and up till now feedback has not been received eventually escalated the issue to experian for investigation,according to experians records the account was taken out mid last year and immediate went into a default-i have never taken out the account linked to the attorneys ,funny enough i did take out an account with 2 service providers respectively in Nov/Dec last year and have an impeccable record with the and have never missed a payment,my question is this,if i had a bad record why would these company's give me credit months after???this does not make any sense at all and is negatively affecting my credit record,until the issue is resolved i will continue naming and shaming this company for ********** account purchases until they can provide me with signed proof of this account
