Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates partnering with Cell C to rob clients??

Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates! Firstly, before anything else, send your agents for proper training, not like your agent named Happy who has way more attitude than he should have. Then equip them with the correct and necessary information before they call clients so that clients like me don't outsmart them. And then Happy wouldn't have to put the phone down on clients again when he doesn't get his way. They have no idea what my situation is with Cell C and they come at me guns blazing. I have tried to explain the situation and have suggested they call their client (Cell C) to get all the information regarding my case (which they obviously haven't done) before contacting me again. You see, Cell C is making you the fool because I have shown them that i know my rights and will not allow them to bully me, now they are trying to use you to fight their fight. Please refrain from harassing me again with phone calls and threatening sms messages. And do not assume that every call you make is to some unsuspecting idiot who you can mess around. Cell C has absolutely no justification whatsoever for handing my account to you, therefore i will never confirm any personal or banking details with your organisation and i know that you cannot continue a call until the person has confirmed his/her details. Do not make threats to people who have been in industry for many years and know how the system works. I will tell you the same thing i told Cell C... please feel free to follow through on your threats of legal action so that i may counter, at your expense!
