Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates Don't do their JOB!!!

<p>Markhams sold my Account to the " Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates " this year and in February 2017 i fully paid them and i was given a letter telling me i paid up. Today is the 24 June 2017 and till to date my credit record has not been updated and Markhams still say I owe them. I can't any sort of credit just because of "Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates" not doing their Job. This is total not fair and I write this review hoping someone can advise me what steps should I take. Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates Should be accountable for what they doing. How long does it take to update the credit record and my records with Markhams?</p>
