Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates does not issue paidup letter to their clients

I am not happy with the service provided by Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates. I settled an Account in May to date I have not received a Paid-up letter. I called them on numerous occasions and they kept on saying that they are waiting for the Client. I then decided to call the Client and the Client said they cannot provide me with a Paid-up letter as I did not pay the amount to them but to SSDA. Before paying SSDA they promised me to send the PaidUp letter within 41 working days, but now it has been more than 60 working days.
