Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates brought up a prescribed account and placed it on my credit record

SSDA has updated that I updated an account with them in 2024 when that account prescribed and was closed on September 2020. When I contacted them they refused to co-operate and said I must take it up with the primary account holder. On my credit record it reflects that SSDA made the update not the primary account holder
