Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates

Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates has to be the most ********, most unapologetic and most *********** organization ever.

They have been deducting multiple installments from my account for 2 months now.

Their supervisors Aubrey and Clara never respond to emails and their customer care line transfers you to a dead line.

Their manager Antoinette called me last week pretending to understand my frustrations and promised me my refund will be done this week which I requested on the 2nd of July already because they needed to process their payroll.

So , while their staff members receive salaries for infact NOT doing their jobs we as the consumers are left in panic and stress mode as our bills are not paid.

I asked for their CFOs details and my email was ignored.

Worst company ever !!
