I am so unhappy with Shapiro Defries,MTN and the way they handle things MTN handed me over to SSDA company as I missed payment because I was retrenched couple of months later they moved my account to another company Nudebt I was paying Lerato ‘the supervisor’ from SSDA even reassured me that she will give me a paid up letter around July 2024 I finished making payment I requested paid up letter from SSDA I was informed that my account was handed over back to MTN when I called MTN they told me they do not work with statement but 0.00 balance sheet to update my account on their side I have been calling MTN and SSDA without any form of help they do not even respond to the email Calvin Rakhadani from MTN office just acknowledged the email since 20 September til this day no form of communication SSDA they do not want to help me because Lerato who was the supervisor months back she’s no longer with the company I am going back and form and I am in arrears because of MTN account next thing Shapiro company they are telling me I have outstanding balance even when I have provided proof that SSDA have been debiting my account
